Short duration: equipment ready for your event
Screens, televisions, media, computers and audio-visual equipment are being prepared from the place and programme. The application shall specify the dates of operation, but also the slots for assembly and recovery. The necessary quantities, dimensions and accessories are confirmed before booking.
The installation distinguishes a stand screen, a partition attachment and equipment integrated into a space. We prepare connections and tests with the intended content. Delivery, pose, presence during the event and resumption are described in the proposal; they do not fall short of the number of days of rental.
Long term: equipment integrated into your operation
The rental may concern television, Wi-Fi, network equipment, telephony or video surveillance depending on the project. It enables provision and monitoring to be defined over a period of time appropriate to the need. The choice is based on use, the equipment already present and the maintenance conditions chosen.
The preparation must distinguish what is provided, installed, configured and maintained. Cable, operator access, licences or other services may be covered by separate lines. The term of engagement, the possibilities for change and the terms of termination are those indicated in your offer.
Maintenance: clarify actions and responsibilities
According to the formula, follow-up can cover diagnosis, configuration, remote assistance, updates and interventions on the equipment concerned. For TV, this can relate to the channel plane and settings; for the network, on the operation of terminals, switches and accesses. The exact perimeter must be identified.
A defect gives rise to a qualification and then a re-established service check. The conditions for on-site intervention, loan or replacement, schedules and deadlines must be explicit. A maintenance rental formula does not automatically mean a permanent presence or immediate replacement of any equipment.
Departure, return and evolution of need
For a temporary rental, the follow-up distinguishes booking, assignment, exit and restitution. However, equipment provided on a list is not considered to be out or returned. The condition and accessories must be checked in order to prepare for the next release.
For a sustainable installation, the change in quantity, movement or addition of a service is prepared with the team. The terms of extension, deposit and refund shall be defined before the end of the contract. Useful configurations and access to your environment must remain identifiable.
The conditions to be specified
Tenders are based on the equipment or service, availability and coverage. Duration, commitment, assistance, maintenance, restitution and separate services are indicated in the proposal.
What is included depends on your offer
The rental does not automatically render all the services included. The proposal distinguishes between making available, installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, licenses and possible external services.
Can we extend or evolve a rental?
The extension, addition of equipment or evolution of resources are confirmed with the team according to the availability and conditions of your offer.
How does the rental end?
The timetable provides for the resumption or export of data, possible return of equipment and accessories, controls and closure of accesses according to agreed conditions.
