The door is part of the system
The reader alone does not resolve the constraints of an entry. The condition of the door, the closing device, the power supply, the cable passages and the opening control must be examined together. The quote must make the supply and installation limits understandable: who supplies the closure, who installs it, who connects it and who configures the system? These points are prepared with the trades concerned before the finishing touches.

For an extension or replacement, gather the equipment references, the doors already equipped and the management methods used on a daily basis. A badge that is not accepted and a door that remains closed after an opening order do not lead to the same checks. The manager specifies the passage, the users involved and what has changed: lost badge, new occupant, door intervention or clearance change. The checks then bring the expected fees closer to the physical operation of the entrance.
