Protecting teams and passing on know-how

A sustainable installation begins with trained people and adapted working conditions. Testing on equipment, sharing between colleagues and accompanying new employees are part of our way of working.

Integration takes place over several weeks, with managers and colleagues. The 2026 CSR booklet lists 13 new employees who have benefited from this course since 2018.

Since 2024, a tool renewal plan aims for lighter, more ergonomic equipment and better-equipped vans. Storage at the depot and in vehicles facilitates preparation and handling.

For working at height, two employees were trained in 2023. Posture courses followed in 2025, then training in operating R486 category B nacelles on April 15 and 16, 2026. New training at height is planned for 2027. Equal opportunities and non-discrimination accompany recruitment and the career path.

Make it last before replacing

We seek repair when it is technically relevant, then reconditioning, donation or recycling depending on the condition and use of the equipment. Troubleshooting can allow an installation to be preserved without replacing all of its equipment.

Rental also meets occasional needs. The booklet describes the resale of rental equipment to prolong their use. The availability and condition of the equipment are specified for each request.

Maintenance, identification of equipment and transmission of access and diagrams facilitate subsequent interventions. The customer thus retains the useful elements to understand and develop his installation.

Sort at repository and organize collection

Metals, electronic equipment, cardboard, plastics and packaging require suitable circuits. Sorting at the depot prepares their orientation towards the recovery sectors; electronic waste is not mixed with general waste.

The ELISE system was organized in 2021 with a bin installed on the Agedis site in Geispolsheim. The certificates transmitted in 2023 complete this monitoring. ELISE Alsace combines collection and sorting with a suitable business activity: this sector links waste recovery and local employment.

The valuation is followed based on removals and supporting documents from the sector. The results specific to Alltech must be linked to a period and to the flows actually supported.

Prepare interventions and control consumption

Our activity is organized in Alsace, in Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin. The booklet locates the main radius of action around our offices and the team routes. The grouping of interventions and the preparation of materials serve this local organization.

The offices and warehouse are equipped with LED lighting. Teams are made aware of the uses of energy and actions that avoid unnecessary consumption.

Invoices have been dematerialized since 2018. Shared access to quotes, invoices and schedules facilitates the circulation of information. The dematerialization of intervention vouchers constitutes an additional step in the process.

Support customer procedures

Hotel establishments involve their service providers in their environmental initiatives. Discussions with our customers concern sorting, consumption and handling of equipment at the end of its use.

We share our CSR booklet and specify the recovery methods depending on the material and the sector concerned. The need for supporting documents is defined with the client and the collector.

Erase disks and document the result

Before the second life of IT equipment, data processing is a step in its own right. With Agedis, we organize the erasure of hard drives and the provision of an operation report, depending on the supported hardware.

For Socomec, Agedis processed a batch of 44 hard drives between August 19 and September 3, 2026. The report sent to the customer on September 25, 2026 includes a summary and an individual certificate for each of the drives.

The report specifies the method used, the processing dates, the results of the checks and any limitations noted on the media. These elements make it possible to keep a trace of the operation in the equipment file.
