A common need in the life of a building

A departure or arrival in a dwelling sometimes leads to a very simple request: change the name displayed at the entrance. This need, already present in the 2015 interphony requests, involves a number of information that it is best to gather before intervention.

The visible name, call to housing and opening rights are not necessarily managed in the same place. A display change should therefore not be considered as proof that the entire route has been verified.

The information to be transmitted

Specify the address, entry, accommodation and desired wording. A picture of the plate makes it easier to identify equipment. The contact details of a person available on site then facilitate the organisation of a test.

The manager must also specify whether the request relates only to the name or a call problem. This distinction helps to predict the time and access required.

Check the course after modification

A useful check follows the visitor: find the name, make a call, respond from the accommodation and control the opening when it is part of the request. The available functions depend on the installed equipment.

Alltech intervenes on interphonic equipment and their commands. A well-located request allows for the preparation of a targeted operation and to keep an understandable record for future interventions.
