2023: Taking over Wi-Fi maintenance starts with a survey
Before proposing the replacement of terminals, it is necessary to understand the park, accesses and services already in place.

A request for resumption to be clarified
A request for Wi-Fi replacement and maintenance made in 2023 highlights two distinct topics. The renewal of equipment and the organisation of monitoring are not necessarily defined with the same scope.
The preparation shall identify the equipment in place and the difficulties reported. It must also specify the information actually available to resume administration of the network.
Bringing together the inventory and interlocutors
Terminal references, plans, connections and associated services provide an initial view of the park. Access must be transmitted by authorized persons and their responsibility must be clear.
User requests help distinguish recurring incidents, extension needs and usage changes. This avoids deducing the solution from the only age of equipment.
Describe the expected follow-up
The perimeter must indicate how to report an incident, what checks are possible and which operations require on-site intervention. Terms of service should be specified in the proposal.
Alltech can intervene with or without a contract as needed. A recapture is prepared from the existing and available documents; the 2023 application is not presented here as a delivered facility.
