TERRA is Wortmann's computer brand, with which we have been working for a long time. The choice is not limited to the processor: memory, storage, connectivity, screen and service conditions count in everyday life. We bring the hardware closer to the software used and the equipment already present, then prepare the installation and the recovery of the data. The models below give benchmarks; the French configuration and localization are specified in the proposal.
The relationship TERRA is carried by Cloudlab/Agedis. A distribution and maintenance center certificate was sent to Cloudlab in February 2022. Current equipment and service conditions are specified in your Alltech proposal.
The position that remains in the office
For office automation, management or reception, a fixed configuration is chosen with the applications and the space available. We specify the memory, SSD, number of screens and ports required. A shared position also requires preparing accounts and access to documents.
To be prepared: business software, screens and peripherals to be kept.

Working at the office and on the move
This professional range laptop illustrates mobile use with a 16-inch screen. Comfort is verified by weight, connectivity and the desired docking station. We confirm the proposed configuration, the French keyboard and the operation of the external screens before retaining the reference.

Host site services
The server range allows you to prepare equipment for company applications or services. Sizing depends on the load, virtual machines, and expected storage. Disks, memory and service conditions are defined together; hardware redundancy is not a substitute for a tested backup.

Organize data, accounts, software and connections before replacement. For a server, plan a suitable migration and cutover window.
Specify the terms and conditions of warranty and service of the proposed equipment, as well as maintenance, backup and contact details after installation. The options vary according to the models and the contract.
The same family can present several configurations and locations. The exact reference, memory, storage, system and keyboard are included in the proposal.
The recovery is prepared with the licenses, versions and status of the existing workstation or server. We define transferred items and verifications with users.
