A hotel lock must be pleasant for the guest and easy to operate for the reception. With solutions TESA Hotel, Alltech prepares together the mechanical part, electronic equipment and access management. A renovation begins with a door reading: thickness, opening direction, existing lock and traces to be covered. In an active hotel, the control room also allows you to check the finish before continuing the rooms.
Alltech works directly with TESA Hotel for electronic lock projects, with commercial and technical support from the manufacturer.
The i-max range combines an electronic lock and a handle and reader assembly. It allows you to work on the rendering of the door with different finishes and configurations. For a renovation, we mainly examine the old cutouts, the covering and the mechanics to keep or replace.
To be prepared: photos of both sides, thickness, entaxes and opening direction.
The electronics are integrated into the leaf to reduce the presence of visible elements. This approach is of interest to projects where decoration and the choice of handle are particularly important. Its integration must be anticipated with the door and the joinery; a simple external resemblance is not enough to confirm compatibility.
To be prepared: door design and machining possibilities.
Another lock architecture to look for a discreet presence on the door. The choice is made with the constraints of laying and control, and then with the management methods chosen for the establishment. A presentation on the witness door helps to compare aesthetics and opening gesture.
To be prepared: desired finish and operation of reception.
Visuals and denominations: TESA ASSA ABLOY. Presentation of the ranges consulted on October 18, 2026; references, options, licenses, terms of service and availability are confirmed in your proposal.
Rooms, common access and team: specify who opens which door, over what period, and how to deal with a lost badge. Management options, software and licenses are defined in the project.
Provide for the issuance of badges, testing with reception, battery tracking and emergency procedures. The schedule takes into account the rooms available to intervene.
This is verified by reading and, if necessary, by testing. The dimensions, mechanics, old cutouts and specific requirements of the door determine the possible solution.
Can the customer's phone replace the badge?
Some configurations offer mobile functions. Hardware, software, licenses and management methods must be compatible; this function is defined in the estimate, with an emergency route.
