A small room and a seminar room do not equip themselves in the same way.
We look at table layout, screen distance, ambient noise and camera framing. Video bar, separate camera, microphones, speakers and display are chosen with available connections and user gestures.
The project can keep equipment after verification. The cabling, power supply and network are prepared with the building, before closing the ceilings or partitions.
Teams, Zoom, webconf: from your tools.
Connecting the laptop via USB, room equipment or browser: the operating mode is defined with you. Compatibility with Microsoft Teams, Zoom or another platform is checked for the hardware, versions and licenses selected.
Agedis can support accounts, positions and collaborative uses. A meeting function or room license is not assumed to be included in any equipment.
Test with a person actually remotely.
The commissioning checks the audio in both directions, the framing, the readability of the screen sharing and the network connection. We prepare the useful commands, a startup procedure and the installation identification elements.
Troubleshooting is possible upon intervention, with or without a contract. A package can be agreed for customers who wish it. Access codes specific to your installation, working diagrams and documentation are at your disposal.
Meeting camera or video surveillance: two projects to prepare.
A conference camera is used to communicate with your interlocutors. To monitor accesses or spaces, Alltech The Commission also proposes that the video surveillance : areas to be covered, consultation of images, recording, access rights and conservation conditions are studied separately with you.
Network needs can intersect; the purposes and access remain defined for each use.

Yes. We prepare the operation with the teams and customer uses: local presentation, remote meeting and changes of speakers.
